If you are trying to run a shell script or a php script using the command line interface and you see this:
bad interpreter: No such file or directory
It may be that your lines are encoded for PC and not for unix. Here is how to fix:
perl -i -pe's/r$//;' (file name here)

Remote_host_said:_421_Message_temporarily_deferred_-_4.16.51.

I purchased Quickbooks Pro 2007 direct from Intuit. I did not order the CD -- I just got the download. Well, I am one of those types that uses the timer, and now quickbooks 2007 keeps warning me that I have an old version of the timer.
The new timer is free, but is not provided in the download version -- you have to purchase the CD to get it.
I called Intuit to see if they made the timer available for download. They said NO, and offered to sell me a CD version of QB. Screw that. I found the latest QuickBooks Pro Timer 2007 here:
