OpenWYSIWYG_Limited v1.0
The folks over at www.openwebware.com created a great little textarea replacement script called OpenWYSIWYG. For my application, I needed to be able to set a limit on how many characters can be input, and also to count character input in real time, and to show the user his progress in some kind of graphical form. I am releasing the result: OpenWYSIWYG_Limited.
Please note that I am releasing OpenWYSIWYG_Limited under GPL V2. (OpenWYSIWYG is released under LGPL). OpenWYSIWYG_Limited is NOT for use in any commercial/proprietary software/web application.
